Appointments
We try to see all patients on an appointment basis and request that you call in advance so that we can reserve a time for you.  Except for emergency situations, you may expect us to be on time; your time is important to us too!  If you have a dental emergency please call us and we will see you as soon as we are able.

Should it be necessary for you to reschedule an appointment, we require 24 hours notice except in cases of emergency.  This is so that the time reserved for you may be given to someone else.  In cases of broken appointments for which inadequate notice was given, we will charge for the time reserved.

Facilities and Equipment
Our office is located on Georgia Avenue next to Sandy Spring Bank.  We have the state of the art intraoral Digital Radiography system (X-ray).  This radiography system decreases your exposure to radiation by 3 to 5 fold and increases our diagnostic capabilities.  Our office is one of the first general dental practices to have a cone-beam computer tomography (CBCT) unit.  The CBCT 3-D images significantly increases the level of detail and data for better diagnosis and understanding of disease and anatomy.  3-D imaging allows us to offer our patients the best treatment available.

Our office has invested and installed advanced Medical grade HEPA air purifiers in all our operatories.  This removes as many pathogens from the air as possible.  Our HEPA air purifiers were the same ones chosen by the CDC and the medical staff to purify the air for the Javits Center in New York City for the COVID-19 treatment center.

Our office was one of the first in the Washington, DC area to use microscopy on a routine basis for all dental treatment and procedures.  We use high magnification to diagnose and treat any findings.  The surgical microscope allows our staff to deliver the finest, most detailed restorations possible.  In many cases, the microscope allows us to diagnose and treat lesions that are not visible to the naked eye.
